Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta (wholemeal croissants)
- 50 g red bell pepper(s)
- 50 g bell pepper(s), green
- 70 g corn, from the can
- 15 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- some herbal salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with fresh peppers and corn
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then rinse with cold water. Mix a dressing from the ingredients, from mayonnaise to pepper, then add the pasta and mix well. Dice the bell pepper and add it to the pasta along with the corn.
