Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots), frozen
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 medium-sized zucchini (about 220 g)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (0.2% fat or reduced-fat to taste, 200 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules from the mill
  • Herbs of your choice

Thaw the Kaisergemüse in the microwave. Meanwhile, chop the zucchini and bell peppers and sauté them in a pan with a little water until al dente. Cut the thawed Kaisergemüse into smaller pieces and add them to the pan. Stir in the cup of cream cheese and season with the spices. Sprinkle the herbs on top at the end. With the listed ingredients, the total is about 270 calories, which is really filling and keeps you full!
