Mushroom and zucchini pan with feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • Pepper, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

As a side dish or vegetable pan

Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into small pieces or slices and fry them together in a pan over high heat until the mushrooms are nicely browned. Be careful not to overcook the zucchini. Season with freshly ground pepper. Chop the feta into small pieces or simply crumble it directly into the pan, but don’t let it melt. Fry briefly over medium heat until the feta has softened a bit, but don’t let it melt. Serve on its own as a vegetable and feta stir-fry or with a piece of chicken breast and rice.
