Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g pitted dates
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Combine the dates, cocoa powder, and coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth and lump-free. Now pour the mixture into four bowls, cover with a lid or cling film, and refrigerate for two hours. Once the cream has set, garnish with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
