Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 8 tbsp baking cocoa
- 4 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
- sweetener as desired
Instructions

vegan and ready in 5 minutes
Blend everything in a blender or with an immersion blender, then chill. The bananas give the pudding a natural sweetness; if that’s not enough, you can add sugar, sweetener, stevia, or another sweetener. Tips: Works best with overripe, slightly mushy bananas. Great for using up leftovers. Chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, raisins, or fresh berries are great toppings.
