Vegan chocolate mousse with avocado

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 handful of dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • e.g. chili
  • e.g. maple syrup
  • Fruits of the season

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

sugar-free

First, soak the dried fruit in a little water. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend until creamy. Serve the mousse with seasonal fruit. Tips: If you want the mousse to be a little lighter, you can whip cream (even vegan cream) and fold it in. You can also soak the dried fruit in a little rum for a completely different dessert. Chopped mint in the chocolate mousse is also delicious. I made a video for this recipe: https://youtu.be/42iteiCfJ4U
