Summer salad with melon and nectarines

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g mozzarella
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 serving of lamb’s lettuce
  • 800 g melon(s) (watermelon),
  • 3 leaves of lemon balm
  • 50 ml Balsamic vinegar (Crema di Balsamic vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp sugar, brown
  • 2 basil leaves
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • herbs (garden herbs)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Summer salad with melons, nectarines, mozzarella and lamb’s lettuce

Wash the lamb’s lettuce. Dice the nectarines, melon, and mozzarella, and tear the lemon balm. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients, finely chop the basil, and mix everything together. A great summer salad! Delicious on its own, but also with grilled food and salmon. As a side dish, it also serves several people.
