Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms, large
- 4 eggs, hard boiled
- 200 g grapes, blue and green
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 orange(s)
- 150 ml yogurt for drinking
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp curry
- Salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the mushrooms in cold water, trim them, pat them dry, and slice them. Peel the eggs and cut them into sixths. Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove the seeds. Mix them with the hazelnuts in a bowl. Marinade: Squeeze the orange. Mix the juice with the yogurt, mayonnaise, and curry. Season with salt and sugar. Mix with the ingredients and serve.
