Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 balls of mozzarella
  • 6 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 mangoes, ripe
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar

Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes, peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then layer everything on a platter in a layered manner. For the dressing, heat the olive oil in a pan, add the sliced ​​chili peppers and curry powder, and heat gently, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar, and toss the chopped spring onion in the dressing for a few seconds. Pour the dressing over the tomato, mango, and mozzarella layer and let the salad marinate for a while.
