Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) of bread (multigrain bread)
  • 175 g cheese (sliced ​​cheese)
  • 600 g apples
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 300 g celeriac
  • 3 tbsp yogurt (3.5%)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Have the semi-hard cheese cut into 2 mm thick slices. Cut the slices into sticks. Cut the apples into wedges, peeling but cored. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Cut the celery into 3 mm thick slices and then into sticks. Place everything in a bowl. Mix together the dressing ingredients and toss the salad with it, seasoning to taste. Serve with the multigrain bread. If you like, you can toast the bread slices first.
