Egg salad with chives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some pepper
  • some salt
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the eggs and chives, then place everything in a bowl. Add the cup of sour cream to the eggs and chives. If it’s a bit too thick, add a little milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
