Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 1 bunch of chives
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Party – Classics
Hard-boil the eggs. Once cooled, peel them, and halve them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and blend them with the mayonnaise. Finely chop the chives and add them to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with the mixture (this works best with a piping bag).
