Stuffed eggs with cucumber

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 gherkins, very finely chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the eggs lengthwise. Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and cucumber pieces, and season with salt. Pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg halves for a nice finish.
