Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, small
- 4 figs
- 1 chili pepper(s), red
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- ½ orange(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ½ tsp honey
- 4 sprigs of peppermint
Instructions

Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the figs, halve them, and cut them into thin wedges. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop. Finely grate the lime zest. Then squeeze the juice from the lime and half the orange. Mix 7 tablespoons of the fruit juice with olive oil, salt, and honey. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and add them to the salad. Finally, gently mix all ingredients.
