Gnocchi pan with chard and turkey schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g chard
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 160 g turkey schnitzel
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g gnocchi
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese (20% fat)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW suitable

Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes for about 4 minutes. Wash the chard, spin dry, remove the thick leaf stalks, and cut the leaves into strips. Wash, deseed, and dice the bell pepper. Add the chard strips, bell pepper cubes, and gnocchi to the turkey cutlets and fry for about 4 more minutes. Deglaze with stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, sprinkle with pine nuts, and serve.
