Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 turkey schnitzels
- oil
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- ¼ liter broth
- ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
- 120 g cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into thin strips and fry in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cut the leek and peeled bell pepper into strips and fry briefly. Mix the broth, mustard, and cream cheese together and add to the meat and vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes (test for doneness).
