Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 125 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 75 ml water
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 30 g protein powder (whey protein powder), e.g. B. Chocolate Coconut Flavor
  • 2 tsp baking soda or baking powder
  • e.g. sweetener, Xucker or liquid sweetener
  • 10 g flavoring (Flavdrops), e.g. E.g. Toffee Flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW suitable

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogenous mixture forms. Preheat a waffle iron and brush with coconut oil. Pour the batter into the preheated and greased waffle iron and bake waffles in batches on low heat. This batter will make about 8 large waffles.
