Grilled, marinated tomatoes and olives with feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese or feta cheese
  • 100 g olives
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • a few stalks of rosemary
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 handful of herbs, fresh from the garden
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the cheese into cubes. Place the cheese cubes in a baking dish along with the tomatoes and olives. Season with the remaining ingredients and stir well until the honey is dissolved. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. When the tomatoes burst, the dish is ready. You can also wrap small parcels of the vegetable and cheese mixture in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
