Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp garlic granules
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, dice the onion into small cubes. Then, place all the ingredients, including the onion, in a bowl and knead well by hand. Then, form into meatballs and fry them in a pan for about 8 minutes on each side.
