Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
- 1 savoy cabbage
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g cheese (hard cheese)
- herbal salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just “al dente.” Rinse in a sieve with cold water and drain thoroughly. Trim and wash the savoy cabbage thoroughly, remove the stalks, and cut into fine strips. Trim and slice the carrots. Blanch the vegetables in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then refresh with cold water. Drain thoroughly. Mix the pasta with the vegetables, season generously with herb salt, pepper, and paprika, and then transfer to a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the milk and a little turmeric and pour evenly over the vegetable and pasta mixture. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake in the center of the oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
