Spread the love

  • 100 ml milk
  • Cinnamon – sugar and honey
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious as a dessert or in between meals…..

Peel the apples, core them, and cut into finger-thick slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Let it rest for a while. Meanwhile, mix the flour with the eggs, oil, and enough milk to form a paste-like batter. Heat the deep fryer to 180°C. Dip the apple rings into the batter and fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Serve while still warm, drizzled with honey or sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Simply fry any excess batter in the deep fryer; it tastes absolutely delicious =) You can also use bananas or other fruit instead of the apples.
