Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • Salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious garlic dip

Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl using a garlic press. Add the egg yolks, mustard, salt, and pepper to the garlic. Whisk everything together until fluffy. Add the oil drop by drop, stirring constantly. Then stir in the lemon juice. Finally, stir in the sour cream, and the cream is ready.
