Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g red lentils (cook without soaking)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Suitable for WW

Peel and finely dice the onion, add it to the water with the lentils, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Strain and let the lentils cool to lukewarm. Then vigorously mix with the egg yolk and flour and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 patties and fry in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with a yogurt dip with coriander and salad.
