Baked naan bread with mozzarella and garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 flatbreads (naan bread)
  • some olive oil
  • e.g. mozzarella, grated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • oregano
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and very easy snack

Drizzle the naan bread with olive oil. Spread the desired amount of grated mozzarella cheese on the flatbread. Peel the garlic, slice it, and scatter it over the cheese. Season with oregano and rosemary. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Delicious as a quick snack, as a side dish with salad, or even as an appetizer.
