Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg cream cheese (40%)
  • 5 eggs
  • 225 g sugar
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla flavor) for cooking
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • n. B. Red currant jelly
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Whisk the quark, eggs, sugar, and pudding mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased and breadcrumbed springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 50-60 minutes, careful not to overbrown. Let the cake cool. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and drizzle in the vanilla sugar. Spread the mixture over the cake and serve with red fruit compote.
