Chicken strips in mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets, approx. 150 g each
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot, coarse-grained
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 200 ml coffee cream, 4% fat
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the chicken into strips. Trim, wash, and slice the zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the meat and brown, stirring occasionally. Add the zucchini, peel the garlic, press it through a sieve, and sauté briefly. Stir in the mustard and coffee cream, and season with lemon juice and spices. Rinse the dill, shake it dry, and sprinkle the torn tips over the strips to serve. Serve with rice or pasta and a green salad.
