Apple and plum breakfast with cinnamon yogurt and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 5 prunes, unsulphured
  • 5 tbsp yogurt (soy)
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Delicious alternative to muesli, dairy-free, vegan

Wash the apple, remove the core, and dice it. Quarter the prunes and add them to the apple. Pour soy yogurt over the apples. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the soy yogurt. Finally, sprinkle the walnuts on top. Mix everything together with a spoon before serving.
