Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 210 g carrot(s)
- 140 g apples
- 70 g celery
- 35 g hazelnuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 spring onion(s), cut into rolls

easy and quick to make
Coarsely grind the hazelnuts, peel and grate the carrots, apples, and celery. Place everything in a bowl and toss with sugar, oil, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with the sliced spring onions and let it sit for a while, then serve. This can be done in a few minutes using a food processor, but grating by hand will take a little longer. This salad will also be a hit at any party.
