  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rolls

Coarsely grind the hazelnuts, peel and grate the carrots, apples, and celery. Place everything in a bowl and toss with sugar, oil, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with the sliced ​​spring onions and let it sit for a while, then serve. This can be done in a few minutes using a food processor, but grating by hand will take a little longer.
