Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 puff pastry patties, bought ready-made
- 40 g herb butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream
- 200 g mushrooms, white, small
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 300 g frozen shrimp
- ½ bunch of dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter, dust with flour, and sauté gently. Deglaze with wine and cream, stirring constantly to make a sauce. Add the finely sliced mushrooms and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add cognac, heat the thawed shrimp in the sauce, and season with dill, salt, and pepper. Spoon the ragout into the pâtés.
