  • 6 puff pastry patties, bought ready-made
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g mushrooms, white, small
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 300 g frozen shrimp
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Melt the butter, dust with flour, and sauté gently. Deglaze with wine and cream, stirring constantly to make a sauce. Add the finely sliced ​​mushrooms and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add cognac, heat the thawed shrimp in the sauce, and season with dill, salt, and pepper. Spoon the ragout into the pâtés.
