Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 30 g starch flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
Take 50 ml of the 250 ml of passata and mix with the sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Bring the remaining passata to a boil and remove from the heat. Add the mixed cornstarch and bring to a boil briefly. Pour the pudding into cold, rinsed molds and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Turn the pudding out and decorate before serving.
