Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 apples
  • some lemon juice
  • some sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots (a food processor is very helpful here!), season with lemon juice, sugar, and grated apples. Finally, drizzle with oil. That’s it! Super delicious as a snack or as a side dish.
