Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 60 ml water
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Initial complementary food

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Boil the zucchini in a pot of water for 10 minutes, then puree until no lumps remain. Stir in rapeseed oil before feeding. This amount is enough for two meals for our twins.
