  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Clean the potatoes and vegetables (peel them if necessary), grate them, and mix them well with the flour and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Form the carrot batter into small hamburger patties. Heat the olive oil in a pan (preferably non-stick) and fry the veggie burgers well on both sides. The hamburgers can be served like a real burger, as a side dish, or simply with some grated Parmesan cheese. The batter can also be baked in a flatbread form (it tastes even crispier).
