Banana-pear smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 30 ml sea buckthorn juice
  • 30 ml blackcurrant juice
  • 200 ml organic yogurt
  • possibly agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, peel the pear and both bananas and slice them into a blender. Then add 30 ml of sea buckthorn juice and 30 ml of blackcurrant juice. Blend until smooth, then add the yogurt to the blender. If the bananas aren’t sweet enough, add a dash of agave syrup or something similar.
