- 2 bananas, peeled, frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- some vanilla extract
Instructions

Blend the peeled, frozen bananas with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour the smoothie mix into a bowl and garnish with banana slices, chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or chopped nuts, if desired.
