Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chickpeas, pre-cooked
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • some garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, vegetarian

Blend the chickpeas with the oil and process into a smooth paste. Season with spices to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
