Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp, levelled vanilla sugar, real bourbon
  • 300 g mango(s), in pieces, frozen
  • 2 bananas, in pieces, frozen
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with yogurt – Thermomix recipe

Place the sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and pulse for 10 seconds/speed 10. Add the frozen fruit and lemon juice and pulse for 15-20 seconds/speed 8. Add the yogurt and pulse for 30 seconds/speed 4 until smooth. Serve immediately. You can also place it in a Tupperware container in the freezer for 1 hour; this makes it even easier to scoop into balls with an ice cream scoop!
