Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Soup garnish

For the butter sponges, combine the butter with the egg, salt, and nutmeg. Stir in the flour. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, and finely chop it. Mix it into the batter. Dip 2 teaspoons into the soup (to prevent the batter from sticking), then cut into dumplings and add them to the soup. Let the dumplings sit in the soup for 10 minutes.
