Tomato and mozzarella bites

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes (Roma)
  • 125 g mozzarella, reduced fat
  • ½ bowl of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice 125g of mozzarella, then halve again. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 0.5cm thick slices, then halve them. Place the mozzarella and tomato pieces in a small bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Then thread the mozzarella and tomato pieces onto cocktail sticks (each stick contains 2 tomato pieces and 2 mozzarella pieces).
