- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 slices of chicken breast
- 2 slices cucumber
- 4 strips of hard cheese or 4 slices of cheese
Instructions

Low carb, without additional carbohydrates like bread
Quarter the peppers and remove the seeds. Using a knife, spread a little low-fat quark into the hollows of the pepper quarters. Top each quarter with the sliced chicken breast and, if desired, with the cucumber slices and the sliced hard cheese or cheese slices. You can vary this to suit your taste.
