delicious for vegetarians, for grilling or as a side dish for non-vegetarians
Lay out a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil on the work surface and lift the edges slightly to form a bowl. Place the feta cheese in it. Drizzle the oil over the feta cheese. The oil from the sun-dried tomatoes is already lightly seasoned and tastes wonderful with it, so you can safely use a little of this oil. Peel the garlic and cut it into 4 pieces and place it on the 4 edges of the feta cheese. Wash the tomato, slice it, and arrange it on the feta cheese. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and also arrange them on the feta cheese. Pluck the basil from the vine and add it to the feta cheese. Season to taste. First, lift the aluminum foil along the long side of the feta cheese and twist it slightly. Then, lift the aluminum foil along the short side of the feta cheese and fold it over to form a parcel. Place on the grill for 10-15 minutes and enjoy while warm. The portion is enough for 1 person as a main course or for 2 – 3 people to share.
