Radish salad with onions and apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the radishes (best with a slicer) and the onion into very fine rings. Peel the apple and cut into sticks. For the sauce, combine the oil with vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the parsley and chives and stir in. Add the salad dressing to the salad ingredients. Mix everything together and let it marinate.
