Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 400 g flour type 550
  • 2 packets of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First, mix the dry ingredients (except the raisins), then add the water, cream, and honey and knead well. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Add the raisins and knead everything thoroughly again. Pour the dough into a bread pan or shape it into a loaf. Then let it rise for another 45 minutes. Bake in the oven at 200°C (190°C fan-assisted oven) for 50 minutes. Variation: Shape the dough into small rolls and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Tip: To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, lightly moisten them.
