Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 ml beer
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 egg whites
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 12 mushrooms, fresh
  • 100 g carrot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter from the flour, egg yolk, and beer. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Fill a deep saucepan with clarified butter and heat. Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry in the hot clarified butter until golden brown. Then place on kitchen paper and let drain. Dips go well with this dish.
