Tomato salad with pineapple and figs à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 2 figs
  • 1 tube(s) mayonnaise, small
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Mustard
  • Tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, slice them, cut the pineapple and figs into small pieces, and mix everything together. Thin the mayonnaise with condensed milk, season with mustard and tomato paste, and mix into the remaining ingredients. Let it marinate well.
