Cheese – Grapes – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g grapes, blue
  • 8 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, cold-pressed
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the cheese into equal-sized cubes. Separate the iceberg lettuce into leaves. Rinse under cold running water and spin dry. Then cut or tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Wash the grapes, drain, and halve them. Using a sharp knife, remove the seeds from the flesh. Mix the oil and vinegar together to make a marinade and season with sea salt, pepper, and sugar. Arrange the iceberg lettuce on plates. Mix the cheese cubes and halved grapes, arrange them on top, and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
