Asian salmon tartar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g salmon fillet(s) (sushi quality)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp ginger, diced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • e.g. chili, fresh, green or red or chili flakes
  • n. B. Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

as a starter or quick snack

Skin and debone the salmon, if necessary, and cut into 1 cm cubes. Finely dice the spring onion and ginger. Mix everything in a bowl and season with lime juice, pepper, and soy sauce. If the spiciness of the ginger isn’t enough for you, you can add a special touch with a very finely chopped green chili pepper—a red one will work, of course—or chili flakes. However, the heat shouldn’t overpower the flavors; it’s not a dare. Delicious side dishes include hash browns, homemade potato chips, or simply baguette.
