Irene's tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very quick to prepare and very tasty

Lightly shred the tuna with a fork. Slice the eggs once crosswise and once lengthwise with an egg slicer. Also finely chop the pickles and shallots. Mix everything together and season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in the mayo. If the salad is too *dry*, add a little more mayo. Tastes delicious with white bread!
