Avocado-Tuna Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g ginger, freshly grated
  • 300 g tuna, fresh raw
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • lemon juice
  • Coriander or parsley, flat-leaf, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix with the ginger. Stir the liquid ingredients into a sauce and pour over the fish. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
