Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g ginger, freshly grated
- 300 g tuna, fresh raw
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- lemon juice
- Coriander or parsley, flat-leaf, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix with the ginger. Stir the liquid ingredients into a sauce and pour over the fish. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
